BMG is pleased to offer you free standard shipping for orders up to $99.00. Shipping costs for orders above $99 will depend on the weight and value of the item and on the shipping method chosen. No processing fee will be charged for orders $99.00 and above. You will see an estimated shipping charge on your order when you checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
All FPO, APO, and DPO shipments will be shipped using the Postal Service priority mail service.
Signature Required
To protect you against fraud, regardless of the size of your order, all packages require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waivers you have signed.
Alternate Address
We understand that jewelry is often bought as a surprise and we often get requests to mail to alternate address other than your home, such as work. To protect you from fraud, if you request delivery to an address other than your billing address we require that alternate address be on file with your credit card company.
Please note:
If a shipped item is returned to us due to your error (typographical or otherwise) or failure to accept the package (whether you have refused acceptance or not been present to accept), you will be charged a $40 fee to cover the complete shipping and insurance associated with that failed shipment. If the shipping address has to be changed after shipping, but while still en route, you will be charged a $25 fee to cover the incremental cost to us.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours.
Returns
If you don't like the jewelry you ordered, email us within 10 days for a Return Label. Kindly allow 1-2 business days to receive your return label. You can return merchandise in its original condition. Please note, special order or special cut items cannot be returned. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of the shipping date for a full refund, less shipping, processing, and insurance charges. Returns made after 10 days of the shipping date, will be charged a restocking fee. Please contact us directly for more information. Gemstone, Pearl, or Diamond jewelry is not returnable if they show signs of having been removed from their setting. There will be no refunds if merchandise is damaged, altered, resized, used, shows signs of wear, engraved, or the tag has been removed. These items will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for applicable shipping, processing, and insurance charges. Merchandise must be shipped back with the original certificate, if applicable. Loss of GIA certificate on applicable merchandise is subject to charges of $250.00 and up. BMG will issue refund or credit only once the merchandise has been received and inspected. Loss of merchandise shipped by you is not BMG’s liability. Please pack, and insure your merchandise properly including all paper work to ensure timely processing of your refund or credit.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please email us immediately with pictures of the package that you received. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. BMG is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged. Please note, return request frequency is kept on record. BMG has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
